Richmond Graham, P.Eng., MBA, PMP, ICD.D
Chairman, President & CEO
Mr. Graham, a proud Saskatchewan farm boy, was appointed as advisor to Can-Cal March 2020, was appointed director and Chairman January 2021, and appointed President and CEO February 2021. He brings over 30 years of mineral and energy development experience. Mr. Graham's past private and public company experience is rich in CEO, senior executive management and board roles in mining and resources development companies including Distinct Resources (private share capital company), Moss Lake Gold Mines (TSXV.MOK sold to Wesdome), Landis Energy (TSXV.LIS formerly Landis Mining sold to AltaGas TSX.ALA), and as co-Founder/President/CEO/Board member of Banyan Gold Corp (TSXV.BYN) which he IPO'd 2012. He has held many senior management positions including the position of President and CEO in resource development and mining companies, Vice President of AltaGas, and Executive Director and Chief Engineer with a major Canadian energy company. After a successful business turn-around contract as President and CEO of the Regina International Airport 2015-2017 that saw to it that the airport became sustainably profitable and experienced record passenger growth he focused his practice on advisory and business turn-around services to troubled publicly traded and private companies. He has over 25 years Board experience and currently sits on the Boards of International and North American companies including the CSAGroup a global company with offices in 18 countries including the US and Canada. He gives back to his community and has sat on the United Way Campaign Cabinet, Chaired the Saskatchewan Science Center, and held many charity board and fundraiser roles in the communities that he lives in and serves. Mr. Graham is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds the designation of ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Richmond is a graduate of Saskatchewan Polytech (Diploma Mechanical Engineering Technology), Lakehead University (B.Eng.), Royal Roads University (Masters of Business Administration - MBA), was trained in contract law in the UK, and taken his certified professional corporate director training and certification at UofT Rotman (ICD.D). He brings his leadership, business turn-around and governance expertise to bear to see Can-Cal emerge strong and remain so for many years to come with problems of the past behind and a bright future ahead. Mr. Graham is confident that he can successfully navigate Can-Cal to a rewarding future for all Stockholders. He is driven in all business dealings to deliver long-term diversified Shareholder value. Richmond and his wife Danelle live in Regina, SK, Canada and Phoenix, AZ. They have five adult children that bring them much joy.
Hugo Bondi, Independent Director
Mr. Bondi has served as a member of the Board of Can-Cal Resources from May 2019 to present. He holds proven expertise in business management and marketing and a diploma in Business and Marketing from BCIT. He has worked in fields serving both heavy industry and consumers. Hugo brings great clarity on business management of our two mining contracts and general business to the Can-Cal Board. He has been, and will continue to be, key to ensuring our mining contracts will work well long term and we actively market Can-Cal to maximize Shareholder value. Hugo is an independent board director of Can-Cal and he looks forward to continuing to protect the rights of Stockholders and deliver Shareholder value from governance reforms, precious metals mining, and sustainability-focused agricultural uses of the Pisgah Crater assets owned by Can-Cal. Hugo and his wife, Sara, have three adult children and have deep roots in the Vancouver, BC, Canada community.
Gary Oosterhoff, Independent Director
Mr. Oosterhoffhas served as a member of the Board of Can-Cal from 2016 to present. He has proven experience in the construction, insurance and project development industries. He is presently active leading commercial development in Alberta, Canada. Gary brings a wealth of experience developing new business ventures and projects. Gary is a long time investor in Can-Cal and is committed to build Can-Cal into a strong company with strong cash flow. He will continue to hold Can-Cal to its commitment to govern well and deliver long term success for Stockholders. Gary is an independent board director of Can-Cal. He looks forward to continuing to protect the rights of Stockholders, manage risks to the company, and deliver on governance reforms, precious metals mining, and sustainability-focused agricultural uses of the Pisgah Crater assets owned by Can-Cal. Gary and his wife, Susan, have two adult children and have deep roots in the Red Deer, AB, Canada community in which they have always lived.
